You’re doing fine. the WTF clinic

On the occasional day, you’re good.

But “fine” and “good” aren’t cutting it anymore.

You know you’re capable of so much more, but you don’t even know where to begin.

You feel unchallenged in your job, frustrated with your job search, apathetic about your career trajectory. You feel disconnected from your family and friends. You’ve been on auto-pilot for longer than you care to admit.

You just don’t feel like yourself.

The only thing you’re clear on is that you don’t know WTF you really want.

And that’s totally okay. It may feel monumentally uncomfortable. But it’s more than okay.

I can say that because I’ve been where you are.

I know you wish:

  • You didn’t feel burned out, exhausted and hopeless
  • You had an answer when someone asks what you do for fun
  • You didn’t have to choose between practicing law + having meaningful relationships
  • Someone understood what you’re experiencing (and didn’t judge you for it)

But you can’t stop thinking:

  • You have to “pay your dues” before you can be happy + fulfilled
  • Taking time for yourself is a luxury you can’t afford
  • You’ll feel better once you get married/buy a house/get your dream job/[insert arbitrary life event here]
  • Getting a life coach is strictly for hippies

Yet, you’re still reading this. Which tells me you’re ready.

Ready to figure out what you want. In your career. In your relationships. IN LIFE.

Do you really want to leave your future to chance?

Because without taking stock of what is and isn’t working right now, the chances of you ending up with a life you’ve always wanted is simply that — left to chance.

Yes, addressing the bad shit in your life can be scary. Yes, being honest with yourself about what you really want can be unnerving. And, yes, setting goals to go after what you truly want may seem overwhelming right now. But such is the path to taking back control of your life.

And the sooner you get started, the sooner you’re going to feel better.

I remember waking up on Monday mornings wishing it was either Saturday or 30 years in the future (when I’d be retirement age). I remember thinking this couldn’t be it.

Having a job that was unchallenging at best, the appearance of success, more money than time to enjoy it and nary an ounce of satisfaction. I couldn’t bear the thought of doing what I was doing for another 30 years. And I’d only been an attorney for a few years.

I dismissed and stifled these thoughts for way longer than I should have — we’re talking years.

Instead of listening to my gut and making the necessary changes to be happy, I waited until anxiety, infertility, hopelessness and apathy had consumed me. I waited until my fear of the status quo overtook my fear of the unknown.

I waited until it was almost too late.

You don’t have to wait until the misery consumes you.

You deserve to have a job that fulfills you. You deserve to sleep well and wake up eager to start your day. You deserve to have fulfilling relationships. You deserve to be happy. And you deserve to have all of this now.

Working with me, you will:

  • Figure out WTF it is you really want (I promise!)
  • Overcome the limiting beliefs and behavior that keep you from getting what you want
  • Formulate meaningful goals that are aligned with your values, strengths and priorities
  • Create short- and long-term action plans for achieving those goals
  • Get your very own cheerleader (moi!) keeping you motivated + holding you accountable
  • Gain access to strategies + tools for overcoming setbacks, uncertainty and fear
  • Be able to ask me anything about the WTF?! times in my life

Here’s how you’ll get it:

  • Two 60-minute phone or Skype coaching sessions at $400 per month for three months
  • Email + text support between sessions
  • Weekly “homework” challenges to inspire you to take ACTION toward your goals
  • Accountability systems so you stay on track without me nagging you

Time to Reclaim Your Life + Put the Shit Behind You

If you’re ready to go from “WTF?!” to “Fuck Yeah!”, GRAB A TIME SLOT ON MY CALENDAR to book your initial consult with me. This will be your opportunity to raise any questions you have about coaching with me. We’ll also make sure I’m the best coach for you, and you’re the best client for me.

My number one requirement is that you be willing and able to put in the time and effort. With coaching — as with most things in life — you get out what you put into it.

Annie provided me with excellent coaching on and invaluable insight into the difficult transitional decisions I was faced with, both in my legal career and my relationships. In our short time together, she helped me find confidence within myself and strength within my actions. I could always count on her cheering me on in life, while also inspiring me to make difficult but positive life changes.
